Don’t want to bother with going to the
doctor? Come to GSC for a free check-up with our volunteer nurse. An RN from
Northwest Hospital is available to check your blood pressure and answer
important health questions. First come, first served.
1st Tuesday of each month, 9 am-12 pm.
Foot Care
Nurse Tina Williams, RN, BSN, offers Foot
Care at GSC on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month as well as the 3rd Monday.
Appointments are required, so please call in advance to set one up. If you are a
diabetic or on a blood thinner she can accommodate you, but if you require any
surgical procedures you will need to see your doctor instead. Call GSC for more
information.

of each month, 9am-3 pm. Cost is $30 for members, $34 for non-members.
Experience the therapeutic benefits of foot and
hand massage from Jill Holden, local Licensed Massage Practitioner. This
service features a complimentary foot bath relaxing hand and foot
massage, great for arthritis management. This promises to be a relaxing
and soothing experience - a great way to start your week!

Cost is $15 for 20 minutes of massage.
Massages for Women
You need to relax! Come enjoy a massage
from local licensed Massage Therapist Karen Sullivan. Be sure and stay hydrated
before and after this full-body hour-long massage. Feeling squeamish about a
full-body massage? We understand- undress to your comfort level in our private

Chair Massages
Licensed Massage Practitioner Susan Cook provides low-cost
massages to the community. Enjoy a seven or fifteen minute chair massage and get
those kinks out of your shoulders, neck and back. A portion of the proceeds help
to support activities and services for local seniors.
$10/15 minutes, $5/7 minutes,
Wednesdays, 9 am-12 pm.
Safeway Donations
Safeway generously donates their leftover produce and baked
goods to GSC twice a week. All those in need are invited to take some of these
products with them.
